Brighton Dance Flashmob
Our intention is a fun and joyful dance flash mob offering around awakening from mindless consumption and moving into embodiment and presence.
We will offer it on winter solstice- the 21st December- the darkest day of the year, a day on introspection and a natural pause- but also three days before Christmas- a hive of mad shopping activity in the centre of the city.
Feel free to come and move through it the way that your body moves- dance your dance at your pace, as you move through the seven stages of the routine with us- we want to be inclusive to all, you don’t need to be a “dancer”. there is nothing to get right- just come and partake and offer….There is narrative thread that runs through of slowly awaking from consumption to presence.
