Dance Walk Flashmob in London!

Event Date: Sun August 19 2012

Me and a couple of friends felt like organising our own little dance walk flashmob. I’d be very thankful it you could advertise it on your page. This is our ad text:

  Saturday, August 18, 2012

Hello flashmob maniacs and newbies,
it’s dance walk time!

We’ve been waiting for a dance flashmob to come up in London, but nothing happened, so we’re creating our own: A dance walk across Millennium Bridge!
For those of you who don’t know what a dance walk is, check out this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5sxWonzAlIc

So - we would like you to bring your own music and earphones and then just go wild (dance move - wise, of course).
We will meet on the southern side of Millennium Bridge (the tate modern side) on Saturday, August 18th, shortly before 2pm. As soon as St Paul strikes 2.00pm, we will start making our moves across the bridge towards St Pauls and then disperse in the little streets over there and keep on walking normally as though nothing happened.
The whole thing will be filmed and put on youtube to share!
We would love to create one of those magical little flashmob moments when for a short while, the public is struck with amusement and awe, before it’s all over yet too soon.

Whether you are a dance pro or not, please join us! It doesn’t really matter what your moves look like, the most important thing is that we all have a good time.

If you have any questions, put them down on the wall, we’ll respond as soon as possible.
If you would like to confirm the event on the day, come and meet us (blonde girl in red trousers and dark-haired dude with glasses) on the southern side of Millennium bridge right before the flash mob – we’ll be there a little early!

Looking forward to seeing you on the day!
